I interviewed with Dott in September 2020. The process was fast - 2-3 weeks. 1st step was an online video interview with the HR - discussion of my previous skills and projects. Secondly, a call with leadership to explore the company vision and company fit. Then sent a take-home assignment (7 days) - moderate difficulty, touching on different areas of JS fundamentals. Onsite interviews followed with different stakeholders at the company. Overall: Fun and interactive to be in. Stimulated throughout process through coding and behavioural questions. HR very supportive and friendliness of the onsite interviewers goes a long ways towards making the process feel dignified and rewarding.
