Double Eleven Developer interview questions

A 3 hour call at late evening for their Asian office's time zone, since there is no technical leadership in that office and they need their UK people to do the technical assessment. Safe to assume one will have constant night meetings if working there. Before interviewing, they sent some lame card that constantly harped about how they are "different" from other studios and a "game changer".
