I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Dougherty's Pharmacy (Dallas, TX)
Interview
The interview itself was very easy. I met with the department supervisor and manager. We talked about how I view customer service. It was nice and comfortable. However, the difficult, or rather time consuming, was actually acquiring the meeting. It took countless of voicemails between the HR manager and I to actually set up an interview. I also emailed her many times, and rarely got a reply.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dougherty's Pharmacy (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2014
Interview
The interview was fairly easy, i had a phone interview at first and then met with the department manager, then with the department manager and an account manager and then finally with the account manager, HR rep and the department manager. That was the last step in the interview process and I was then offered employment a week later
Phone interview, in person interview, follow-up phone interview. All were very professional but were not grueling. They genuinely wanted to see if I was a good fit.
