Douglas Elliman Real Estate Doorman/Porter interview questions

I applied online and about 3 days later got a email to set up a phone Interview. After the phone interview the interviewer said they would send my resume to the others and that they would give me a call back within a week. 3 days later the interviewer called me back with a site meeting a residential manager for a second interview. After that interview i did not hear back for about 2 weeks so i decided to email the interviewer to ask about the position the interviewer kindly responded a week later with a office number to give a call. I was informed that the piston was taken but they offered me two other positions i choose one of the two and was sent to meet with an executive at Douglass Elimans office . He asked about my availability and wanted to know if i was reliable, got the job on the spot that time . Then i needed to Complete my background check and drug test and other paper work. The process was really long in my case took about 3-4 weeks but they were kind enough to offer me another position and answer my email back.
