After waiting for ten minutes for the hiring manager to ignore the buzzer at the door, I was escorted to an open conference room. Another five minute wait for the second hiring supervisor to come out and begin the "interview". It was the least formal interview for an in-person interview I've ever participated. Shortly after we began, and by that, I was expected to come up with my own questions to drive the interview and respond with my own experiences, I guess, the manager pulled out his phone and did not participate any more in the interview. I apparently did not ask the correct questions of them to demonstrate my skill set, and was not invited for a second interview.
