The process started with an initial phone interview with the hiring manager. The phone interview was odd as it seemed the hiring manager did not know what questions to ask or how to conduct a phone interview. A week later went in for a in person interview. This interview did not seem well planned out as both the interviewers reviewed my resume during the interview. Questions seemed made up on the spot. The hiring manager could not answer simple questions about benefits and company policies. When an offer was made it was way below what I had set for expectations during the interview process. I did ultimately accept the position and on-boarding was a complete mess. Little to no communication from HR during this process. After about 3 day post receiving the offer I received a text from the hiring manager to start the next day when I had not even completed on-boarding or the drug screening required by the company.
