DownerMouchel interview questions

The interview itself was fairly quick. All done in less than 30 minutes, including question time. There was a series of questions which were hypotheticals and i asked a few questions (in hindsight I souldve read between the lines on the responses). The day I got a call saying received the job. I shouldve seen the alarm bells from then, as they took 6 weeks to call my referees (each call went for over and hour, much longer than my interview). Then they took another 2 weeks to issue me with a contract. So 8 weeks in all to finally provide me with my final offer
