Downstream interview questions

I had a good interview with the team at Downstream in November. They asked thoughtful questions and they seemed engaged in a genuine conversation. That was the last I heard from them for three months. They did not get back to me for three months just to tell me that they'd hired someone else. They clearly have little regard for their applicants time. I found that incredibly disrespectful.
