      Full-Stack Ruby Software Engineer Interview

      8 Feb 2018
      Anonymous employee
      San Francisco, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Doximity (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2018

      Interview

The entire process was online via video chat. After an initial video call, I was given a take-home assignment that was simple, yet surprisingly challenging. After that was accepted, I did 3 tech interview interviews in a single day, 1 hour each. They asked questions that indicated to me that they knew what they were doing and had to deal with real challenges for an application at scale. Last, I was scheduled to speak with the VP of Engineering. After a couple days, he called me back with an offer. It was a great experience that I felt tested me well and gave me great insight into the team and culture.
