I applied in-person. I interviewed at Doyon Drilling (Fairbanks, AK) in July 2024

Interview

We had a 5 day training course in Anchorage learning all the basic entry level oil worker tasks, hundreds of PowerPoint slides and professors style classes, 8am to 5pm We also looked at tools used up on the slope

A face to face interview was set up following a phone interview. The follow up interview was done 1 on 1 with hiring manager. Very laid back and easy interview. On point questions and open to scheduling at my needs.
