Despite being told after the third round that it would be the final one, I was later informed by HR Kartheikeyan P via WhatsApp and phone call that I was selected, and the HR process would be handled by Sudhakar HR. Sudhakar assured me that an offer would be rolled out after the fourth round, which involved document collection. However, I was then unexpectedly told there would be an additional interview with Vice President Mr. Nandha, which I reluctantly agreed to. To my shock and dismay, I got to know that my profile is now on hold. This lack of communication and constant shifting of goalposts not only wasted my time but also led me to lose another job offer as I was kept in limbo. The disorganization and apparent fickleness of the HR department have severely tarnished the reputation of Dr. Agarwal Eye Hospital. Their hiring process is poorly managed and shows a blatant disregard for candidates' time and other opportunities. I urge the public to be cautious and avoid this company if they value their time and career prospects.
