I had a call with a recruiter where I was asked questions about my experiences and salary expectation, I proceeded to the next stage which was a call with the senior engineer where I answered all interview questions to the best of my knowledge. The next step after the call with the Engineer is a code challenge that was sent.
I don't understand what these people are doing, but if you're looking for people throughout Europe, perhaps consider having an HR person available for interviews at better times than 1 AM in the middle of the night?

it took 30 minutes and mostly very technical question were asked .personality related questions were not asked and it seemed that company had their own strategy and just needs somebody to execute
