The first round and second round was great! The third round I was told it would be about the company’s core values but as soon as the interview started it seemed to be more about my core values. Most likely wanted to see if our values were aligned.
Great interview process - moves quickly! Questions align with mission and are very straightforward. Recruiter is also very considerate and works with you the entire time. You also get the opportunity to meet with a lot of the leaders in your space!
