and second round is face to face,mostly they want a fluent english communication,and problem solving ,knowldge about Excel ,decision making,English communication is very important .Logical thinking and its very imporatnat to give a efficient decision .

Interview

The interview process was crisp and short. really able to crack the interview easily. They ask us about the current market situation and make a presentation based on that. They will evaluate our capability of presenting and make sure whether we fit the job or not.
