They hire whoever applies because they do not have enough applicants to be picky. Rude staff. Overworked. Management does not know how to work under pressure. In fact, management gives attitude and think they are above their staff. Special treatment.

Quick screening design test, cutting out a car image and adjusting lighting.
Then meet in person and share about yourself.
Then in person design test.
Overall if you are a good fit with the company it will be a pretty painless process, but if you aren't prepared for the scope of work you will be exposed.
