Basic first call with the recruiter, we had a pleasant call about my work tasks and interest in the role. Was told a few days later they were looking for someone with more experience....?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dribbble in Aug 2022
Interview
Intro call, coding assignment, call with leads to break down design coding projects.
Process went quickly. Total time was 2 weeks.
All talks were pleasant and coding assignment was real-life type of work instead of the leetcode stuff that you'll never actually do.
I thought everything was great, but I then received a decline email.

Question 1
Validations, simple algorithms, and an essay question.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Dribbble (Vancouver, BC) in July 2022
Interview
Started out with a call with a technical recruiter, who was very nice and helpful. Had an engineering interview with two very senior engineers. The engineering interview didn't have any coding, just talking through how I'd implement something. Essentially a lite systems design interview. After that, it was talking to two executives and negotiating the offer. Their offer was quite a lowball offer.
