It was an extremely smooth and well thought out interview process which had a diverse panel of team members. The recruiter, Brandi was very transparent and supportive through all communications. The team is really trying to make a difference and change things up which was evident throughout the process. There was a recruiter screening- meeting with hiring manager- panel interview with head of PMM , Abm and product, take home assignment of working on a landing page and presenting to the panel. The team at Drift is commendable for really pushing hard to accommodate my salary expectations and giving me all the details of what the job would look like for me. Unfortunately we couldn’t work out the offer letter terms but I’m so glad to have met such spectacular people through this interview process
