I interviewed at Driscoll Children's Hospital (Corpus Christi, TX)
Interview
the overall process was hindered by significant delays from the HR department.
After my initial application, it took several weeks to receive a response. Once the interviews began, communication between rounds was inconsistent, with little to no updates provided unless I followed up myself. In some cases, I waited multiple weeks for scheduling or feedback, which created unnecessary uncertainty and frustration.
Although I understand that HR teams can be busy and juggling multiple priorities, more timely and transparent communication would have made the experience smoother and more respectful of candidates’ time. A clearer timeline and regular updates would have greatly improved the process.
