HR is wonderful - they screen, and then schedule a preliminary 30m interview with someone in the department, then a panel interview with 3 people in the department, plus an HR chat at the end.

I was asked to walk thru my experience, and anything that seemingly related to the role, I was asked further questions on. Very casual and conversational.
