They take you into the company, they sit you down, and let you solve a coding problem, which you submit on github. There are 4 challenges and you have to complete all of them in a given time frame.
I applied online. I interviewed at Driven Deliveries (El Segundo, CA) in July 2020
Interview
Just got back from my interview earlier today. It lasted about 2 1/2 hours. My point of contact was really nice and the culture seemed really laid back but busy. My point of contact and I sat down and went over the company's background and what they do and then we got right into the tech assessment which was building an app in React with some given requirements. The Point of Contact was clear and concise in what they were looking for. Overall great experience and at the end of the day I got to write some code and be challenged so can't complain!
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Driven Deliveries in Mar 2020
Interview
I was contact and called in for an in person coding assessment. I was told i would be contacted after the team has reviewed my work. I have been waiting for over 3 weeks now and i have heard nothing. I understand they don't need to hire me but at least contact me and tell me they are no longer considering me for the position so i can move on. This company needs a lot of help with its recruiting process.
