Participei do Processo seletivo do Programa Araújo Tech. Processo com muitas etapas! Primeiro foi a inscrição(Preenchimento do questionário, teste fit cultural, teste técnico e envio do video apresentação pelo YouTube). Após isso, tive que fazer o MAPA (teste fit cultural e comportamental). Aprovado nessas etapas, finalmente a entrevista com o RH. A moça do RH muito simpática. Conseguiu conduzir muito bem a entrevista.

A entrevista com o RH foi presencial. Me fale sobre você, trajetória acadêmica e profissional. Perguntou o motivo pelo qual escolhi trabalhar com tecnologia. Quais tecnologias eu tinha conhecimento. O que eu já tinha feito. Além disso, me fizeram perguntas sobre as tecnologias que a empresa utilizava. Também me perguntaram se eu tinha disponibilidade para trabalhar no modo híbrido.
