I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DropThought (Santa Clara, CA) in Nov 2023
Interview
The interview process was less technical and more of a conversation. Seemed like the interviewer themself wasn't clear on the job role and was asking questions about how I wish perform under pressure and without feedback.
After the interview they are for my work samples which I provided.
I didn't hear from them after the technical round for 3 weeks and one day they called and scheduled an HR round and said "give me a day or 2, we're thinking of offering" and since that day it's been a month I never heard back even though I emailed their HR for an update.
I have never witnessed such unprofessional behaviour anywhere else.
