Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Explain how you would carry out an experiment and detail the steps in the process.
The recruiter seemed to care more about my previous salary than my job competencies. Didn't ask many skills-focused questions. Since I wouldn't budge on my previous salary we ended the conversation.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Apologies for your poor interview experience with us, and that the conversation was cut short. Recruiters should not be asking about current or past salaries, so we’re sorry to hear that was the focus of your call and a barrier to you moving forward with us. We will pass along your review as a reminder to the team.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Dropbox (San Francisco, CA) in June 2018
Interview
The interview process was smooth, friendly, and pleasant. I communicated with two recruiters and both of them were prompt and clear in communication. The expectation regarding whom I'll be speaking with and how long it will last was set clearly. Even if I didn't get an offer, they were helpful in responding to my request for feedback.
