I applied on the website and received a link to a CodeSignal pre-screen. The task is a simple coding problem with 4 subsequent subtasks. The time limit is 90 minutes. Not sure what's the logic behind giving such simple tasks, but being so restrictive about the time. Perhaps the main skill they are looking for is speed typing, but I bet they get mostly guys who used AI to write the code for them. I implemented 2 of 4 subtasks, then time was up and I got auto-rejected. Honestly, I usually feel ashamed after failing a coding interview, but here I just get kinda disappointed in the company. Maybe I'm wrong, but think something's wrong with their process.
