Drug Abuse Foundation interview questions

Spoke with director of Nursing and then met with HR. I was then sent to complete a drug test. They got back to me shortly after and I was set up to come in and begin orientation

Very simple. Questionnaire took about 45 minutes, then an video interview with the director of HR during which she told me I was hired. The computer system the questionnaire/quiz was in was extremely old and outdated, almost ms-dos like.
