I applied online. I interviewed at Drug Policy Alliance in Jan 2026
Interview
The entire interview process was riddled with waiting periods that just felt like reality tv episodes. While boasting transparency about the process, when it came down to myself or another candidate (supposedly the final two), they took both of our references, called each and then sent an auto reject email, this was quite disconcerting considering we'd been talking via email for several weeks, having my personal details and not choosing this way to acknowledge the time I spent with your team was quite off putting. This was not a personalized and intentional experience and shows me the bullet that I dodged. This was not thought out and felt very one-sided. For an organization that is supposed to be mission driven - do better.
