I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Druva (Pune) in Nov 2019
Interview
I was referred to them via a recruitment agent. As I have a background in development as well as QA, I was interviewed by 2 team leads. They were trying to gauge if I was a good fit for the dev team or the QA team. There were 2 rounds, and an HR round which did not happen as I think they could not make up their mind.

Question 1
The first interview lasted for an hour, and the questions were mostly around my current project, which I believe I explained well. There were also some detailed questions around networking layers, which is not exactly my forte. I believe the interview was good, maybe 7/10.
The second interview was by a QA team lead. After a discussion on the my previous QA role, he gave me a file transfer scenario to a remote server, and asked me to write test cases around it, which I feel is pretty basic for a person of my experience. He was also probing on some python related problem solving. Overall I would rate this interview 6/10.
