They way they approach the interview process tells you enough about how they operate. They waste your time ask you to do work for free, everyone is late to their interviews, and they have do not care about candidate experience at all.
Very bad interview process, AI screen without my consent, the meeting took 15min and part of it recruiter spoke how difficult it is. They offer only contracting role. General message with rejection, no feedback.
