For me this was an utterly disappointed experience. Specifically at this level.
The conversations where:
Recruitment Call
Hiring Manager Call
Asked to submit documents
Stakeholder Call
Back to HR for another call
Everything had to go fast fast, urgent.
And after my final conversation: I was ghosted.
It took 8 weeks and countless follow-ups to get a: we went with someone else email.
As another review states, they do very well in getting your hopes up. Without my persistent follow-up they most likely had 0 intention of ever getting back to me.
And I dont understand why an organization like that, for a role at this level would give this kind of an impression.
Feels like I dodged a bullet.

The HR team approached me and then arranged the technical interview with the hiring manager. Then I received an online HR assessment with the platform Trilogy. There was no feedback or responses afterwards.

Was scheduled to be interviewed by two people, one that reached out to me via LinkedIn and the other being a more senior HR professional. The more senior party simply didn't show and so the very congenial but junior employee was left to lead the process.
