I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Duke University in July 2020
Interview
I was invited for a Zoom screening with the person who would be directly supervising this position. After that, I met with the entire team in a panel-style interview with 5 team members. They all asked me the common interview questions.

Question 1
Why do you want this job, tell me about yourself, talk about your programming experience, etc.
Several interviews for the organization to make a final decision. Initial interview was with a supervisor vetting me. Then it was a surprise panel interview of 3 others. I have also interviewed other candidates once getting the job, and they love to surprise candidates with panel interviews.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Duke University (Durham, NC) in June 2017
Interview
I was invited to an interview and then told that the company had decided to go a different route and then re-invited for a interview. It takes a while for the hiring process, about 2 months, but I got the job. One interview seemed layed back while the other seemed to judgmental and drilled a lot of questions based perceived assumptions. I was able to answer the questions at ease with being familiar with interview questions and why they are often asked. I had a phone interview. Did not meet managers in person until after hire.
