There were two owners of the franchise. They conducted the interview like they were doing a huge favor by even considering spending the time to speak with me. Told me they have had frequent turnover but blamed it on the salespersons, not their management.

Online tests and an in person interview. It was pretty straight forward. It definitely had a typical interview feel to it. Lots of questions about strengths and weaknesses. It was a good process.

Dunhill Staffing was a quick over the phone interview with an online assessment. It was to the point and pretty basic. The staff at Dunhill were pleasant and walked you through the process of hiring and answered all of your questions to set you up for success.
