I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Brooklyn, NY) in Feb 2016
Interview
Went into the store. Spoke to the general manager at the counter. He asked me personal info such as my age, if I'm legal to work there, that is if I have a Green Card etc. Told me what to bring to training, including the blue jeans and white polo shirt. The General Manager is hard to get a hold of.
It was very very easy, they basically just asked my availability and customer service experience. It was more like a conversation not an interview. They called back the same day.
Was pretty easy. they asked few questions. I answered pretty nonchalantly, and they responded pretty basically. Overall solid interview. Couldn't ask for more. Would rate ten out of ten. They asked about my experiences.
Was asked very simple questions covering things like availability, ability to handle cash, how much i expected to be paid, and the interview ended with a handshake and job offer
