Wasn't much to it. Felt kinda rushed through as there were several others waiting their turn. Was impressed with my prior work experience and stated he liked my application and I was what he was looking for.

Interview
I answered questions about past leadership experiences, handling customer complaints, managing daily operations, and situational scenarios. The interviewer was also aiming to gauge my understanding of Dunkin' Donuts' values fit for the supervisory role.
The entire process was very fluid and the interviewer was very professional. The question process was you typical questions asked but varied in wording. The entire interview took about 1 hour.
