I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Dunkin' in May 2017
Interview
I wasn't even planning on the interview, he just asked if i had about 10 minutes. We then went over a lot of things. He was very in love of the idea of open availability.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How would you respond to somebody bringing back a sandwich that was made wrong?
It was very very easy, they basically just asked my availability and customer service experience. It was more like a conversation not an interview. They called back the same day.
Was pretty easy. they asked few questions. I answered pretty nonchalantly, and they responded pretty basically. Overall solid interview. Couldn't ask for more. Would rate ten out of ten. They asked about my experiences.
Was asked very simple questions covering things like availability, ability to handle cash, how much i expected to be paid, and the interview ended with a handshake and job offer
