I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Glen Burnie, MD)
Interview
The interview was easy but I was not given all of the information that I was suppose to. Working there is an experience.. I've been a subject of drama within adults 20+ years old along with racism and favoritism and I'm told to 'ignore it' and just 'suck it up' because the people doing it 'it's just how they are'
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
It was just a get to know you type of interview and more details into your previous experience.
It was very very easy, they basically just asked my availability and customer service experience. It was more like a conversation not an interview. They called back the same day.
Was pretty easy. they asked few questions. I answered pretty nonchalantly, and they responded pretty basically. Overall solid interview. Couldn't ask for more. Would rate ten out of ten. They asked about my experiences.
Was asked very simple questions covering things like availability, ability to handle cash, how much i expected to be paid, and the interview ended with a handshake and job offer
