I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Portsmouth, NH) in Sept 2015
Interview
I met someone from HR at the DD headquarters. The interview was pretty straight forward--nothing really caught me off guard. It was the easiest and quickest interview I have ever walked in to. After answering a few questions I did an online video orientation, signed a few papers, then was out the door.
It was very very easy, they basically just asked my availability and customer service experience. It was more like a conversation not an interview. They called back the same day.
Was pretty easy. they asked few questions. I answered pretty nonchalantly, and they responded pretty basically. Overall solid interview. Couldn't ask for more. Would rate ten out of ten. They asked about my experiences.
Was asked very simple questions covering things like availability, ability to handle cash, how much i expected to be paid, and the interview ended with a handshake and job offer
