I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Geneva, OH) in Jan 2018
Interview
The interview was extremely casual. I went in, was told to wait for the manager, then was taken back to the small office in the back of the store. I was asked just a few questions, probably because he could see I was well qualified for the job. I then had to take an online web assessment, which pretty much determines if your personality is right for the job. Very easy, simple questions.
It was very very easy, they basically just asked my availability and customer service experience. It was more like a conversation not an interview. They called back the same day.
Was pretty easy. they asked few questions. I answered pretty nonchalantly, and they responded pretty basically. Overall solid interview. Couldn't ask for more. Would rate ten out of ten. They asked about my experiences.
Was asked very simple questions covering things like availability, ability to handle cash, how much i expected to be paid, and the interview ended with a handshake and job offer
