I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Newark, NJ) in Jan 2017
Interview
nothing. they just called me over the place and ask me some ew common question and that it. you are hired. after that there was 2week of training provided for the 36 hrs.
It was very very easy, they basically just asked my availability and customer service experience. It was more like a conversation not an interview. They called back the same day.
Was pretty easy. they asked few questions. I answered pretty nonchalantly, and they responded pretty basically. Overall solid interview. Couldn't ask for more. Would rate ten out of ten. They asked about my experiences.
Was asked very simple questions covering things like availability, ability to handle cash, how much i expected to be paid, and the interview ended with a handshake and job offer
