I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Forks Township, PA) in June 2017
Interview
Signed papers, not really much to it they seemed desperate for the help so i got the jobs very easily. After signed the paper i was told what i had to wear and was able to work the first weekend that i applied.
It was very very easy, they basically just asked my availability and customer service experience. It was more like a conversation not an interview. They called back the same day.
Was pretty easy. they asked few questions. I answered pretty nonchalantly, and they responded pretty basically. Overall solid interview. Couldn't ask for more. Would rate ten out of ten. They asked about my experiences.
Was asked very simple questions covering things like availability, ability to handle cash, how much i expected to be paid, and the interview ended with a handshake and job offer
