I applied in-person. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Tampa, FL) in Feb 2017
Interview
It was easy going, where they asked me if i am good with math and able to count money quickly as a future cashier in the company, the interview was easy going and nice people
Easy, one interview with manager, hired on spot, basic getting to know you questions, asking about life and availability. The interview was on site. Expectations were laid out. Not sure they looked at my resume.
Easy just come on time and dressed well with respectful language and what days you are open to work ready to share so that there is no time wasted on both ends.
The interview process was quick and informal, focused on availability, customer service skills, and reliability. Questions were straightforward, and the manager emphasized teamwork, handling busy rushes, and learning procedures on the job.
