one round as I was already a regular employee then a shift leader. The interview went smoothly it was more them explaining what new role I would be taking on as an assistant manager, what to expect from the job., along with explaining how the crew should treat me in regards to rank.

They are not hiring for what they said they where, they need crew level openers and are offering a 1 dollar differential .... Boss man was also 40 minutes late and then low balled me .... Gross.

Simple and friendly. You meet with the manager or shift manager, they give you a walk through, brief descriptions of the roles and responsibilities, and ask you lots of questions about experience and what ifs
