I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Boston, MA) in June 2011
Interview
There was no hard questions. The manager hired me very casually when I went to submit my job application. He asked me when I would be able to start the job training.
Easy, one interview with manager, hired on spot, basic getting to know you questions, asking about life and availability. The interview was on site. Expectations were laid out. Not sure they looked at my resume.
The interview process was quick and informal, focused on availability, customer service skills, and reliability. Questions were straightforward, and the manager emphasized teamwork, handling busy rushes, and learning procedures on the job.
Easy just come on time and dressed well with respectful language and what days you are open to work ready to share so that there is no time wasted on both ends.
