I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Urbandale, IA) in May 2015
Interview
It was fairly simple, there were two interviews, one with the manager and the second with the district manager. Pretty basic, asked why I wanted to work there, what I hope to contribute, and a few basic questions about my work history. Overall it waas a very basic and easy process, it'd be pretty hard to NOT get the job in my own opinion, that's how easy it was.

Question 1
What do you hope to get out of working here? Why should I hire you.
It was very very easy, they basically just asked my availability and customer service experience. It was more like a conversation not an interview. They called back the same day.
Was pretty easy. they asked few questions. I answered pretty nonchalantly, and they responded pretty basically. Overall solid interview. Couldn't ask for more. Would rate ten out of ten. They asked about my experiences.
Was asked very simple questions covering things like availability, ability to handle cash, how much i expected to be paid, and the interview ended with a handshake and job offer
