I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Bristol, CT) in Jan 2013
Interview
I submitted an application and did not hear back until I found the General Manager at a store he manages (not the one I was applying to). He found my application in the middle of a huge stack and gave me employment papers. I would not have heard back from this franchise if I did not continuously follow up. Often, store managers do not have the ability to hire new employees although they are the ones that are easiest to find.
It was very very easy, they basically just asked my availability and customer service experience. It was more like a conversation not an interview. They called back the same day.
Was pretty easy. they asked few questions. I answered pretty nonchalantly, and they responded pretty basically. Overall solid interview. Couldn't ask for more. Would rate ten out of ten. They asked about my experiences.
Was asked very simple questions covering things like availability, ability to handle cash, how much i expected to be paid, and the interview ended with a handshake and job offer
