Called the network manager and she was very nice and explained how the dunkin donuts franchise was. she told me how if I do a great job I could move up through the ranks and make more money. also told me about the 1 week paid vacation and the paid breaks

It was not much of an interview, came in nervous for no reason. Just told me what I will be doing and what was going to happen. It was on the spot hiring I guess
It was chill. You fill out a form and then they contact you. I liked the job a lot. It’s your average part time job. My manager was nice. Word minimum.

The interview process was simple. The manager just asked me whether I would be able to commit and whether I could continue working in the store after winter break. Everyone was nice and they would like to teach you how to make coffee.
