I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Norwood, NJ) in June 2013
Interview
The interview process was relatively easy. The Owner did not look to interrogate me but ask me questions on how committed I was to being a good employee at Dunkin Donuts. The Owner asked me about my past and my future aspirations, but overall the interview process was relatively easy.

Question 1
How committed are you to working here at Dunkin Donuts?
Easy, one interview with manager, hired on spot, basic getting to know you questions, asking about life and availability. The interview was on site. Expectations were laid out. Not sure they looked at my resume.
The interview process was quick and informal, focused on availability, customer service skills, and reliability. Questions were straightforward, and the manager emphasized teamwork, handling busy rushes, and learning procedures on the job.
Easy just come on time and dressed well with respectful language and what days you are open to work ready to share so that there is no time wasted on both ends.
