I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Richmond, VA) in Feb 2016
Interview
Applied online, got a call the next day to come in for an interview. My interview was at 11, I got there at 10:45. She was interviewing 2 people before me so I had to wait 15 minutes. When it was my turn she pretty much told me about the job, asked did I have any problems with lifting/ did I have any problems that would restrict me from lifting, asked about my availability, previous work experience (which was fast food), why should she hire me, told me the dress code, and I got hired on the spot. Overall it was pretty easy. It helps if you have food experience.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why should I hired you? Tell me about your last job. What's your availability?
It was very very easy, they basically just asked my availability and customer service experience. It was more like a conversation not an interview. They called back the same day.
Was pretty easy. they asked few questions. I answered pretty nonchalantly, and they responded pretty basically. Overall solid interview. Couldn't ask for more. Would rate ten out of ten. They asked about my experiences.
Was asked very simple questions covering things like availability, ability to handle cash, how much i expected to be paid, and the interview ended with a handshake and job offer
