Applied online then came in two days after.
A manager came to interview me one on one.
She said she’ll lmk if I’m hired or if she’s able to squeeze me in there.
Easy going interview, got asked a few questions about my experience. Great people, Good management, down to earth and answered any questions I had. Quick tour and provided free drinks and coffee.

Question 1
What is customer service and how would you respond to a difficult customer?
The interview typically takes about 15 minutes and focuses on your availability and reliability. Expect questions about your schedule flexibility, prior customer service experience, and how you handle fast-paced environments or difficult customers. It's generally informal, aiming to assess your attitude, communication skills, and ability to work in a team.
Common interview questions, and it was fairly calm, and it was a very easy interview, which did not take long at all. They even offered me a drink before and after.
