I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at DunnWell (Raleigh, NC) in Aug 2009
Interview
The interview process was very disjointed an disorganized. It appeared that the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Financial Officer were not on the same page with respect to what they were looking for in a controller. The interview process was quite informal and the follow up was very poor. I didn't hear anything for six weeks after the last interview. At my insistence I was finally told via an e-mail that someone else had been selected for the position and that they had begun work that day!

Question 1
How long will it take you to turn the financial organization around?
We deeply regret that this candidate had a negative experience with the DunnWell hiring process in 2009. Much has changed in the two years since this review was posted.
It is our sincere desire that no future DunnWell applicant will have a similar experience. To that end, we now have a dedicated Human Resources team to manage a more structured hiring process. Candidates selected for phone and/or personal interview can expect regular communication about their status.
Recent internal employee surveys indicate that DunnWell is a 'great place to work." We look forward to your application!
