Interview
It was very easy basically they ask you to come in right after you apply and they ask you some basic questions and you get hired more or less immediately.

Interview
Pretty straightforward interview. It was in 2 parts. The first part was about the interviewer getting to know me, and telling me a little bit about the company. The second one was about the details and pay and such.

Interview
This interview was a farce. I didn`t learn anything about the actual position I was applying for, only how great the company is doing and with which awesome charyties they work with. It sounded like a selling conversation and not like an interview. I got the feeling that it was basically about Door-to-Door marketing and nothing else. The person who held the interview was highly unprofessional. He couldn`t listen to what I was saying and asked again and again the same questions. Overall it was a 15 min conversation in which the man tried to sell me the idea of the company. He invited me to a second round but since I learnt that they work just with independet contracts and on top of that mostly Door-to-Door marketing I wasn`t longer interested.
Thank you for your feedback. We are very proud of the positive impact we make through the charities we work with. We will consider your comments to improve the interview process.
